Ordered Mi tv on 17th feb & it was delivered on 19th feb.
I am not comfortable with the Sound quality .
Within 4-5 days i had been raised a request for the return process. I didn't got any call back or visit from any of the technicians.
then, how come the SELLER & flipkart reject my return request ??
Tried 4 times of call on flipkart side & not getting the proper response.
The worst customer service i am facing in flipkart. Not getting the perfect solution for this.
SINCE, I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE SOUND QUALITY & No quick response from your side, I NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT immediately.
Kindly do the needful & Expecting the proper response.
