Hynudai — spoilt the window after car servicing | |||
Dear sir/madam In sep, 2018, i have given my car to i20 magna hyundai for servicing & your agents also sold me a 1 year contract promising to give me the best of service. After completion of the service when they delivered the car to me, i have observed a that my back left windows glass wasn’t functioning (Left side) of my car. I have immediately informed about that to the service advisor, but he sent a technician to fix it who opened the left back side door and asked me to buy parachute oil and did oiling with the oil of 10rs, i found this highly not suitable and professional so i raised a complain again as the issue started again. Then, again someone came and confined that the parachute oiling has made the issue even more worst, i raised complain to - [protected] And also on[protected] Also on [protected] and many ore managers and supervisors every one has given me big promises but to even one has so far bothered to resolve my issue or even call me back and check for that matter. I would need a refund on my yearly contract as i wouldn’t like to continue my services with hyundai anymore, My entire family has hyundai cars but this incident has disappointed all of so bad. Even after so many phone calls and complains, till now i have not received any response from the service centre. I have raised same complain to consumer court too.
