Hyper Market Kart — refund is not received. fraud | |||
I have ordered items from hypermarket kart app on 13th september, and times of india, gujarat samachar all have full cover page news that only for today is flat 50% discount in all goods. So i have ordered of rs 5389. I have paid through my debit card. And got mail and message that my order has been sucessfully but still i didnt get any of goods or my refund. I had ordered goods worth 11000 & paid 5500 as it was 50% off offer.iam trying to reach out the company but none of there numbers are working.it was conveyed by a mail through them that my goods will be delivered within 10 days.the company is not reachable by phone & they are not responding to the mails.it is a fraud company.i want a refund.
