On 10th september there was ad in toi stating 50% of[censored]sing promocode "bogo50" on purchasing items worth more then rs.5000/-. I placed an order on the same @12:03pm of rupees 5033 (Paid inr 2516. 50) and received an acknowledgement via sms that the items would be delivered up to 16th sep. But the same has not been delivered till date.

Later, they had a notification on there app mentioning please mail to "[protected]@payu.in" for refund. I tried contacting them through email and also tried reaching them on below number mentioned in their site.

But there is no response from either side. Could you please take action. Will file a case against these guys in consumer court if i don't get my money back Was this information helpful? |
