The above company has adverised through a leading daily (Times of india) as well as in social media (Internet) that they offer groceries and other house hold items at 50% discount for a minimum order of rs 5000. Hence i have spent 5016 and paid 2508 through online payment. The company give the order no [protected] and promised to send the items with in 10 days. Its over...

I place an order vide my order number[protected] on 12 sep 17 with hypermarketkart.com. This order has not been delivered till date that too after 22 days and no intimation also received from their end regarding the likely date of its delivery in spite of sending repeated mails.
Their helpline number displayed on the website says switched off.
I really don't know what todo....

On[protected], there was a half page advertisement by hyper market kart to download the app and place order at flat 50% discount price in the esteemed times of india, bangalore edition. I have ordered materials of rs. 5072 and have paid 50 % rs. 2842/= through yes credit card. Order no.[protected] was accepted by the company vide e mail dt.[protected] and assured that order material shall be delivered in 10 days. I have not received material...

I have placed an order for Rs. 5497.50/- (placed on September 12, 2017 11:09:17 AM IST) at Hyper markertkart as per their advertisement in Times of India Bangalore Edition dated 12 SEP 2017. But I have not yet received the items or any money refund. I tried calling them and send 3 e-mails to them, but there is no response. Kindly consider the matter and help me to refund my money that I had paid.

This company advertises in news papers with either a full page ad or a half page ad and does not accept cash on delivery. It does not even have phone number to contact, the whatsapp number is never answered. I booked and paid on september 9th even after 3 weeks not a single rupee material delivered. Wonder why the payment portals do not take any action even after reporting?...

On 10th september there was ad in toi stating 50% of[censored]sing promocode "bogo50" on purchasing items worth more then rs.5000/-. I placed an order on the same @12:03pm of rupees 5033 (Paid inr 2516. 50) and received an acknowledgement via sms that the items would be delivered up to 16th sep. But the same has not been delivered till date.

I have placed 2 orders and for order number[protected] on 12th september 2017 paid rs 5473 and for order number number[protected] on 31st august 2017 paid rs 3467. On the face of it this seems like a scam but how would the companies like payubiz, master, visa and other platforms allow this company to do transactions without checking their credentials. Guess all the affected parties must lodge a police complaint basis the email confirmation...

There was an ad in bengaluru times (Toi) about 50% off on groceries on hypermarketkart.

I placed an order on 4/9/2017 but havent received any item. The order number and value are[protected] and rs. 2939 respectively. I have been tring to contact them but they are not responding to any email and not picking any phone call.

Please help me in getting my refund.

I want my money back as i did not receive my order. There phone is switched off. There website was showing two mail ids to get refund back. I mailed them, but no response. They are also not picking phone....

There are many complaints against hypermarketkart.com. And i am also a victim of this issue. Same thing happened with me, saw an ad in timesofindia bangalore newspaper on 12th september and placed order on hypermarketkart.com. Everything was looking genuine, payment method and even received sms and email saying my order will be delivered on 16th sept. Same thing is mentioned by all customers. Hi, i have ordered grocery items from hypermarketkart.com. My order id[protected] on september 13, 2017
Then i cancel my order same day but they have not refunded my amount.
When i try to contact via phone, no one pick up the phone and some times phone is not reachable.
Also no reply of email i sent email to [protected]@hypermarketkart.com.

By seeing full page ad in times of india on 10.9.2017 i have ordered for more then rs. 11000 but not received delivery. Company is not responding and not seen any customer service number in website. Now i on searching found that company was fraud. Please get my full money back from this company. Also times of india also shoul enquire about the companies who r giving add. There was an ad in the newspaper (Times of india) about the new website "hypermarketkart.com" wherein there was offer of 50% flat discount on groceries using promo code bogo50. I had done an online shopping with the website with applying the promo code of rs.2516.50 on 10th september but i called to customer care but all phones are switched off. A company by name hypermarketkart announced in deccan herald news paper in bangalore on 12/9/2017 that 50% discount.
I purchased good online and trasfered a amount of rs. 4414/- online from my credit card.
Generally before pay company confirm delivery date and time but this co. Did not, after taking amount confirms 10 days delivery time.
I want refund back.
