Hypermarketkart — product is not delivered and no refund too.

I had initiated transaction on hypermarketkart.com on 04/09/2017. As per the order conformation and discussion with merchant goods were planning to deliver by 14/09/2017.

But nothing deliver on the date. Reached to merchant again and he told going to deliver on 16/09/2017. Trying to reach him bu no response. Mobile is switched off.

Today they mention on the site ‘Kindly buyers mail to [protected]@payu.in, [protected]@payu.in for refund.’

When I sent mail to payu got autoresponse,
Your email has been acknowledged under the Case Number 01336198. The expected response time is within 48 working hours.

After 48 hrs got following response,
Request you to reach out to merchant at "[protected]@hypermarketkart.com" for delivery or refund related queries as settlement of the money is processed in merchant's account. For any additional assistance, you may connect with your card issuing bank and raise your dispute.
