[Resolved]  Hypermarketkart — consumer products

Dear sir,
On[protected], there was a full front page advertisement by hyper market kart to download the app and place order at flat % discount price in the daily newspaper divya bhaskar ahmedabad edition. I have ordered materials of rs. 5434 and have paid 50 % rs. 2717-00 through kotak bank internet banking. Order was accepted by the company vide e mail dt.[protected] and assured that order material shall be delivered in 10 days. I have not received material till date. I have send 2-3 mail at address
Contact @hypermarketkart.com for giving despatch status but no reply is received. Also party's contact no.[protected] remains switched off all the time.

From above it seems that party is making fraud with the customer.

Pl help me in either getting my ordered materials or refund the money.

I have made complain 2 times before and i am getting message that it is resolved. But till date it is not resolved
