Dear Sir, My complaint (Customer service request ID) no. is[protected]. I am not at fault anywhere. In fact I am the one suffering due to mistake from your side. Also find attached one more file by name: GJ-06-DB-6258. Hyundai Getz GVS 1.5 Diesel E3 10 Aug 2009. First Page only. Owners Manual_Service booklet. This file shows clearly that the spare tyre R13 was delivered by the company to me with the new vehicle (all the 4 installed wheels were R14). So please kindly help your customer (me) by providing a proper spare wheel. I shall be submitting this grievance to the Consumer Complaints Forum & also others, as I am suffering due to no fault of mine. JUST ANSWER ONE QUESTION OF MINE: WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE ? for this blunder. One of you OR me ? It was one of you. SO YOU owe the responsibility of solving the same.
