I Am A Consumer — payment debited from my bank account but not reached to merchant

I had made a payment on 22 april to big basket and did the payment through payu moneyand that done successfully but it was not received by my seller and they cancel my order after delivering that product two times at my residence. My successfully made transaction i'd is 13545011
Till now i haven't got any mail or my money information from this site
Is my money has gone to fradulent site which i haven't opted even at the time of payment
I think to be a secure site
