The day before yesterday I ordered groceries from Big Basket. The value of the order was Rs. 4217 under Order No. NJML[protected]. My concern is that No.1. Due to the OTP problem on the first chance when I had gone for 2nd time online I was not able instead iI found that the material would be delivered on 3rd dec. between 10 pm to 12 pm on cash on delivery basis.. Since some of the materials were much needed I was eager but the materials were not delivered till tonight.
2. One more order with 2 items has been pending. Wanted to get those items with the aforesaid order no. This would have saved the delivery charges, but that was also turned down.
For intervention plz.

    I have been delivered amul fresh cream which is nearing product expiry and SOfit soyamilk of bad quality.I have requested for return of product but they have not picked up the products even after following up for four consecutive days . I am currently in Amritha Institute of Medical Science Ernakulam for treatment from which this order was placed. tomorrow I am leaving the hospital bavk home. I am denied return and my fund is not refunded for last four days even after getting calls from escalation team of bigbasket

      Nearly expired product delivered and account deactivated on return request

      I am sharing my step by step scenario against wrong deactivation of my account .

      1- I have ordered health drinks or some health products on 03/11/2023 invoice No. XXXXX ..
      2- After delivery i have found that some of your delivered products are near expiry date.so i called customer care and he said your return & replacement will be done next morning.
      3- Next day i have not received any call from BigBasket regarding...

      Duplicate and fake product delivered

      Big Basket has cheated me. I had ordered a ON Gold Standard Whey Protein isolate from big basket on 08/11/2023, but Big Basket delivered duplicate and fake items with the order ID: [protected]. When I recieved the parcel it is without cartridge packing, I asked to the delivery boy what is that, and delivery boy said "Big Basket deliver the item without cartridge", then I doubted and I made a video while i was opening the item and found inside...

      I have been using your webportal in my lap top for placing the order. Off late I am finding it very difficult to use your web site for filling the cart. If any item is selected & added in the cart, an instant message appears saying " This item is not available in your city" and some other item is getting added in the cart. For eg if I select Milk shampoo will get added in the add at times.

      I have raised this complaint your customer service many times but the advise I am getting is to use your app in mobile phone. As i am not comfortable in using your app, I prefer ordering through your web site from the lap top.

      Please let me know whether you can give any solution

        Today i have ordered fresho eggs 2 packs. When i was about to cook the eggs it was worst i can see black yolk instead of yellow.. As they will promise customers they will deliver everything freshly directly from farm... This is the second time im facing this issue.. When i was trying to complain samething about to store manager they are least bothered.. PLEASE TAKE THE PROPER ACTION SO THAT IT WONT REPEAT AGAIN

          Order id-njlklo[protected].
          It consists of 7 items. Full payment is made. But received only 6 items.
          The invoice says one item (plastic bucket) not av.
          Then why payment received by big basket? so why then bb will not deliver ?
          even the refund is not made. No statement for refund is received till now.
          Which i think i have been fooled by bigbasket .

                This is with my earlier email dated 2nd August 2023.
                Earlier message:
                I have subscribed to Alternate Day "WARANA COW MILK 500 ML POUCH", since July 2023 I have not received this product properly. The message received that we have delivered this product. But I have not received it. Spoken to customer care Tahir, Ranjit & Bharat they promise that it will not repeat again. But one day they delivered and again the next alternate day the message came that the product was delivered but I have not received.

                Kindly escalate this matter to HIGHER authorities.

                Meanwhile STOP this subscription and REFUND my money.

                Kindly look into the matter URGENTLY and inform accordingly.

                        i order good from bigbasket of rupees 1512.56 in which i paid 1418 from bigbasket wallet and 94.56 from debit card ..
                        I morning i recieved call saying that it was bulk order and we are deativating your account and they canceled the order and deactvated the account ...
                        I simply m ailed them and contacted them and they said no .
                        I order atta 10kg and 1 ghee and rest amount of biscuit for my family ...
                        I simply want my money back 1418 which i paid from bigbasket wallet... Its my hard earned money ...Need my moneyback

                          I have ordered a product from bigbasket from mobile app on 24 sept 2023 and the delivery date is on 26 sept 2023 with out my concern the order got canceled on the date of delivery.
                          The reason given by customer care was the item is out of stock while processing the order if that was reason then why did the money got debited and order got placed.
                          They even didnt inform me on phone call. This is worst experience i have ever seen.I want to complaint it in consumer forum.

                            I have ordered some items from here on 7th sept and was delivered on 8th September order number MK[protected].
                            Total 11 items were ordered out of which Hellman’s mayonnaise was tampered and was nearing expiry on 12 th September 2023 along with DeHaat Honest Farms unpolished urad whole dal had expired too on 1st September 2023. I can’t submit the pictures as it’s crossing 2mb mark but I have all the pictures of the products

                                My order number is: BNN[protected][protected]...some time before the order was delivered, my mother pickedup the grocery ..when i checked i see that some items are not delivered..the uldelivered items are.maggie, safed detergent, all out ultra, tata tea, ghee, sahi garam masala, soya chunks, emami soyabin oil, maida 2 kg, posto, kasmiri chilli powder, butter, jeera powder was not deliverd...i have recived vim dishwash bar, salt, red chilli powder, mustard powder, biriyani masala.1kg maida, sooji...so much dispointed big basket..i paid full money.i want my money back now.
