I have different account for different family members, which is allowed as per bigbasket website terms and conditions. They had deactivated saying multiple accounts and similar order patterns as the reasons. They aren't refunding my wallet balance in those three accounts either....

I am buying things from big basket for the past 6 years. Every time they say sorry, and their escalation team call up to apologise but they have not improved till date, infact getting worse with time.

I buy few things from them because they are not easily available or else i would have left these PPL long back.

I ordered a pressure cooker from bigbasket and received wrong cooker with two different model body and lid so returned it on the very same day. Instead of refunding to my original bank account they refunded to bb wallet. In order to consume that amount I ordered some groceries and paid through bb wallet and remaining ₹45 from my UPI. I have been using your webportal in my lap top for placing the order. Off late I am finding it very difficult to use your web site for filling the cart. If any item is selected & added in the cart, an instant message appears saying " This item is not available in your city" and some other item is getting added in the cart. For eg if I select Milk shampoo will get added in the add at times.

The delivery partner called me and asked me to cancel the order as his bike was not working. The same thing happened 2 days back and I did cancel the order that time but today I didn't want to cancel it. I tried reaching customer care but the chat support executives said they have arranged a callback but no call came from their side. Now the order is showing as delivered but i haven't received anything of it....
