I started playing lords mobile, a game developed by i got games company.
It was working smoothly on my network plus every network. I started to invest in it and so far i invested 25-30$ in between.
And two days before i wake up and logged in but it showed some error saying no response from server :2000.
I talked to support and love they said it is some issue and will be fixed now. And now i have talked to support many times but no resolution yet. They say that i am on jio network and there is issue with it. Why it was no issue before when i was playing smoothly and finding no issue i started to invest in it.
I have no other isp how should i play now and i have invested so much that's i am helpless they are asking me to play on another network
I borrowed and checked on other networks but there is issue on the others also but sometimes.
Now when i ask them to resolve they say the server is good and i have to change the operator they want me to invest more to play this because i am stuck.. And this game is play to win so b i invested the amount to gain growth faster than others and i come to top.
But since two days i cannot even access the game and all my progress., the money i invested is waste because i am lagging behind many players now even after investing.
Now when i asked for compensation for my losses they also refuse it. And say there is no issue from their end. Now am stuck and can not find help anywhere please help me.. I need compensation.
