I received black color, defect in battery and charger problem on 12 august through udaan app.. I am attaching detail, please return or replace this product

I Kall customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As discussed with customer complaining that he received wrong colour tablet (white instead of black) and tablet is not getting charged, speaker is not working so we have scheduled reverse pickup of customer product which has already done through Ecom Express courier with AWB No.[protected]. Kindly wait we will provide repair/ replacement to customer once we receive customer product at our warehouse.
