I am Thangadurai. N, from Tamil Nadu.
I have ordered two I KALL Z7 smartphone (4GB, 32 GB) with two different color. My order number is 5513. But I received only one phone but it is wrong model (I KALL K112) in the package.
When I try to reach over phone, they asked me to send an email and I sent. Still now, I didn't get any update from the team. I paid around 13000 rupees. Now, I am worried on whether I get correct phone or not.
Kindly help here and sort out this issue.
