I have purchased I KALL Z1 model smart phone on 3rd Aug 2022 and within one month of its usage, the display has stopped functioning. I found very much difficult to find the service center and at last it is came to know as collection point only and they do not service the mobile. Also, the customer care says as display problem is out of the warranty.

Kindly note, the service centers are not ready to repair and they are informing as they are just a collection point and mobiles will be sent to Delhi for any service. I need my mobile to be serviced within my place in 2 to 3 days maximum.
Kindly confirm the same to visit service center.
