On 24 august 2024 I purchased new vox keypad phone of ikall from flipkart and now it's not working it's literally not turning onn as it has 1 year warranty so give me my money refund back...

          I had a bought a ikall k444 recently 7 months ago from croma and haven't used it much because it dissent turn on, charger has burnt out and battery is swollen and orc doesn't turn on . The product is under warranty. Please do resolve my problem at the earliest

              I am shekhar I have just brought a new ikall k48 from Flipkart it worked for a month then suddenly shutdown when I call the customer care number someone picks the phone and says it is our home no.

                I have purchased I KALL Z1 model smart phone on 3rd Aug 2022 and within one month of its usage, the display has stopped functioning. I found very much difficult to find the service center and at last it is came to know as collection point only and they do not service the mobile. Also, the customer care says as display problem is out of the warranty.

                    I am a ikall k900 4gb ram 64gb rom mobile worth 7000 rupees mobile purchaser on August 2021 at china boycott time. At that time I don't have much knowledge on mobile phones at that time I only saw ram and rom below 10k but when I purchased in Flipkart I didn't know return and replacement policy at that time and I experienced a worst experience within 2 days o[censored]sage and the mobile charging side paint is wiped off within 2 days and I put for replacement after 3 day of purchase the delivery boy come after a week and he said we won't take due to paint wipe off I requested a lot but no use and then I call to ikall customer care no one responds but after knowing about consumer rights today I want to get my money back so I request ikall team to accept my request my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                I bought this tablet for my basic need but this tablet is disappointed to me, not able to play any video on YouTube or also not able to download any application via play store also not able to update any application. Also when i play any video via browser then its play any video too slow and also sound in disturb condition. Totally fraud with me by your company.
                                What the hell is this, its totally waste my 3800 rs.
