I had complained about your product a month ago and you had also contacted me but I did not get any solution for it. As per your advice, I had couriered my mobile all the way to Delhi but you did not repair it or either replace it as you had said before. It doesn't charge at all and has completely switched off. My courier charge has also gone wasted now.
Please solve the issue seriously and report us back quickly. It's been almost two months now since I am not able to use my mobile, both my time and money are getting wasted. Was this information helpful? |
