I Kall — i kall k9 not working properly

My i kall k9 mobile is not working properly, it often gets struck inbetween while working, also it doesn't charge when plugged in for charging and has completely switched off now. It's been six months since we purchased it and it had one year warranty. Please guide us what we can do in this case.
