[Resolved] I Kall — IKall does not provide any support after purchasing their product

Maine Flipkart se N5 tablet purchase kiya tha and 6 month baad mere tablet ka touch broken ho gaya aur mujhe pata hai ki physical damage warranty cover nahi karta per mujhe original touch lagwana tha ishliye main other shop se dusra touch nahi lagwana chahta tha, maine customer care se contact kiya ki service center kaha hain aur touch lagwane ki cost kya ayegi ushne mujhse kaha pahle aap apne tablet ki photo mail kijiye dekhkar batayenge maine mail kr diya ushke baad invoice manga wo bhi mail kr diya invoice mein koi smartsbeat seller ka stamp tha ishka baad mail mein reply aya ki ye seller hamse belong nahi karta aap Flipkart ya seller se contact kijiye seller ka number tou nahi diya tha invoice per Flipkart se baat kiya wo bhi bola ki bahar se karwa lijiye warranty mein nahi ayega ye mujhe kuch samajh nahi aya maine product IKALL ka hi purchase kiya Flipkart se jab product IKALL ka hai bill bhi hai tou problem kya

As per telephonic conversation with customer, he has already repaired his product from local shop. As per customer invoice details, mentioned seller is not belongs to us and we have also informed the same to customer.
