[Resolved] I Kall — Mobile is not working properly

I purchased ikall k325 mobile on 1-6-2021 via shopclues but mobile is not working properly is always hang and working very slow and when i try to open apps in mobile its always show "unfortunately process core is stoppe" so please solve this problem of my mobile, my warranty period is still running if not solved will go into complaints in consumers forum
