[Resolved] I Kall — n10 model not google certified

I have recievwd the i kall n10 tablet. But as i open google store it display the message which shows that it is not licensed device please contact manufacturer. Provide the solution. Otherwise i case an fir in consumer court. I have also tried your care center number. But got no responce. It was also not in good condition.
Its keyboard space bar is already broken. I have attached the pictures also.

I bought Ikall K24 mobile phone but not proper working .
below problem details
1) mobile phone on but any call at mobile than two or three ring and then mobile phone switch off.

My power bank 2600mah is not working.

My power bank is not working only red light is blinking.I have charged it for at least 4 hours.I bought it from Flipkart it's a 2600 mAh power bank.
