I have purchased a I Kall Handset from Amazon on Dec 12. I gifted it to My Mom. I just came to know that the phone is not supporting 4G SIM. How awful is this??? The handset is unused and I would like to request either a replacement of same or the refund against the phone.
I have tried to call the customer care number several times but failed to connect even a single time. Please help and resolve the issue. I have recharged the SIm for one year in advance and hence it is like a double loss to me, if I do not get the replacement.
