[Resolved] I Net Solutions — blackmailing

I got a call from a person, she said 150 pages within 15 days per page rs.190. Your salary will be 28500. First i paid 300 as registration fee to one person account. They took voter id photo, video verification and digital agreement. Then i completed 150 pages and submitted then i got a mail your i'd got terminated because of spelling mistakes. Pay penalty 10000. Later after 2 days i got a call from advocate association and mail to 10000 and continously messages and they are telling it will be legally action taken in latur court. I am mentally depressed because of this people. They are telling i will take legal action. They sent a legal notice to pay 25000 if I didn't make payment the case will be moved to Delhi Court and video verification Will be sent to police station to arrest me. After certain time, I don't know what I want to do..so I paid. Later they ask me to pay agreement cancellation amount and after they ask to pay legal charges. Everything I paid. Now, they ask to pay section charges. but i got the same agreement but address and name of company is different instead of fini technology, surat gujarat.. They made agreement i net solution. Latur maharashtra. Dear sir/madam please help to come out of this problem we are middle class family. Please save me from this issue. Mar 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They ask me to 9700 as my report was Fail but they didn't mention that properly in legal notice.So, refused to pay. Later, they threatened me by saying if you are not going to pay, then the video verfication and voice regarding to nearest police station to arrest me because the reason I breached the agreement. So, I paid as per agreement. Because I signed, it's a legal thing. After I paid that amount they ask to pay agreement cancellation fees of 6050. If I didn't make payment then they said I will face issue in future within agreement period of 11 months at that time I want to pay 70, 000 +. So, I paid that too. After a week, they called and said my case is still pending if you want to close the case uou have to pay 13, 000 if not voice recording and digital signature proof Will be sent to police station and legal notice will be issued. If legal notice issued then I have to pay 4, 85, 000 in Delhi Court. So, I paid because that's this is a big issue and I have future. After that payment they ask me to pay 22, 950 as a section charges because section 73, 74, 75 imposed on me because of breaching the agreement. By yesterday night only, I come to know that the same message with same email id came to my number but with different company name as fini technology. So, raised a complaint in this. Kindly help me to solve this and get those frauds to return back the money to everyone.
