Dear sir/ma'am,

Due to financial needs my wife while kn search of online jobs my wife in google, she has found an ad in quicker and provided her contact no and details on 7th May'19.

After 4 days she has received call from # [protected] stating he (name he has not reveiled)is calling from hyderabad telangana, basis your request we offer you online job with salary between INR 15, 000/-. While my wife inquiring details of job he has informed that it would be online just needs to send OTP and captcha provided in app that will be sent on her mobile no within stipulated timeline and in case if not meeting the time line INR 5000/- would be charged as penalty.

Later on same day he has sent link through WhatsApp. While trying to open the link in ios it showed error as preview unavailable. Same was informed to him. Then he said to open it in android mobile and OTP was informed and asked to logout.

There after he said once we assign work k shall call you and sent you a mail notification. Later on there was no communication she has received on email nor on mobile (i have personally checked ) too).

Upon to inquiry while trying to contact the same no as the work is not assigned. His no is switched off and there was no response from his end as well and she also left thinking her profile not considered.

Basis the msgs she has received that i network company has filed legal case in arbritry court and Asked to clear dues if not she needs to attend delhi court

Other sms says Adv Mukesh Yadav (contact no# [protected]) been assigned . he said yo pay amount of 38500 as penalty so that case will be taken back or els we need to attend delhi court on Monday (10th may) upon negotiation he asked to pay 30100/- via imps before 5:30pm as court will be closed and share payement co formation so that case will be taken back and NOC will be shared.

Arranging the amonnt we made payment and informed him. He sent statement as declaration and said noc will be shared on Monday as all dues are cleared. All conversation happened on call and email.

Please help us in arresting the online fraud activities and do the needful in getting back the amount.
