I Tech — fraud, cheating and violation

I was assigned a work of 10000 captcha to be completed within 10 days. I completed the work in 10 days exactly. And i am eligible for amount rs.22500 as negotiated by them. After completion of work i contacted captcha helpline no. [protected]. They said someone will be calling me regarding the payment details but none called. Later i came to know that it is an absolute fraud activities. Then i called again to know about the status of my work details and they said i had not completed work and only finished 8900 captcha which show clear proof that they have not even checked the work report. I got frustrated and said will file a case against company for doing such fraudulent activities. But they never bothered about it and asked to proceed further for complaints. At last after a final conversation they said that i need a pay a penalty of rs. 10000.
