Captcha fraud

I was made an offer for 10000 captcha entry in 10 days with 90% accuracy if acheived i"ll receive 22, 500 and 5000 will be deducted as registration fee but if fails then penalty of 5000 will be imposed.
They copy pasted my signature on the agreement through manipulating me by saying that they need it for an app activation and when i asked for cancellation of registration they threatened me of taking legal actions and forceably made me agree for the job. It's been a day since i am working. I enquired and fouund others are also trapped by the company doing this.. They don't update reports timely my work completion not showing... They will again threaten me as others in the name of work inaccuracy and loss to company as they have did to others.

On 5th may 2019, i got a call from [protected], her name Salina, she offered me an online job in nv technology, aurangabad. She sent me details on call and email. He explained regarding work, that the job is Online Captcha Typing Work In Your Android Phone..

I ms ruksana pathan got a call from a company i tech. Mac2cap 'app' captcha work... About a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct and told that there are few vacancies left in this job. So, when i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, aadhar card. Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement and you are liable to pay 5000 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. After agrerment they shall not help me for working didnt count my captchas after 160 entries it will be zero count and this way i have entered 10500 captchas. And now i am receiving a call from diffrent advocate that i have to pay 5000 and settle this matter out of the court. And they are sending me fraud notice. When i have called them they have started to shout at me and told that u are taking panga with advocate woh aap p bari padega and start to abuse me. Kindly look into the matter. Please close my agreement the second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly.

I tech company from aurangabad is calling person and asking them 2 register with their company and are making agreement under a contract. Once the registeration is done they sent me a link and asked 2 download an app named mac2cap. Later as i started doing captchas on their app as it was said in agreement that we need 2 have 90% accuracy.
But they never disclose that ifwork is not completed we have to pay the penalty. But they are sending some notice to pay the money thats why my family too scared plese help me sir & please bring me out from this.

There is a company i tech which is in khirdi road aurangabad they arr forcing me to pay the penalty..
First of all they havent send me any work..
They after 10 days they call me and said that you haven't completed your task of doing 1000 capatche. Now you have to pay penalty of 5000 rs and they said 8f your will not pay you have to many difficulties and you have to come in court
Now today they have sended me the notice.. Now i am very scared.. Please help me out from this

Complaint about the i tech captcha company which attract the client with loads of hope and scope and after taking the ids proof they harass the person very much and they even don't respond to the captcha work if we have any confusion. And they pass the time and after 10 days they make a call through advocate that i didn't complete the work and if we don't give 5000 they will send notice under the criminal case and even they send me notice which i got by the lawyer.

Threatening, intimidating to pay money [captcha filling work]5 review 7 may 2019in order to earn some part-time money, i got myself registered with kdt latur, maharashtra 413531) for captcha filling work. I applied to them through naukri.com job portal. They got me into an agreement (1st page attached) as per which i had to submit the work within 10 days with 90% accuracy, failing to which i have to pay the registration amount of rs.5000...

I applied for online captcha form filling work through quikr and was approached by people from this company i tech. They explained briefly that i need to fill 10000 captcha forms within a period of 10 days. For registration purposes they asked me to share some documents and then used those to fill a judicial stamp paper without my knowledge. There was no knowledge transfer for the work and unsatisfactory response to the support queries including requests to cancel the work agreement.
Then they began harassing me with threats over phone calls to sue over breach of contract. The threat calls kept coming from latur and surat.
Now they've sent a legal notice for the same.
This company has defrauded multiple people in the same manner. Kindly help me close this issue.

There is a company named I tech New khirdi road, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431001, is a fraud company which deals into captcha work.They don`t charge any registration fee but they taken Aadhar copy and signature through an unknown software and without even informing us, they create an agreement, if the work is not completed or not login with in 10 days, then a fine of 5000rs has to be paid, which is not fair. Because of my severe health issue I`m not login with in 10 days. After 10 days I received a phone call from advocate named Anuj patel, contact no: [protected] he said that forced me to pay 20490/- for maintainance and utility charges otherwise they blackmailed that file complaint against me and went to court and all.I already paid this amount. I have explained my health issue and they are not accept my issue, then I`m scared and paid 20490/-, send them paid proof also. After 4 months I received call from advocate mr.anirudh Krishnan cont.no.[protected] dt.20/9/2019 are forced to pay again 18965/- for penalty of work, or 44005 for cancellation of agreement, they file case against me and sent message to me. they are evry time told me u r not paid the money we are file case against you.I am already paid total amt.166421rupees .after they told me your file is totally cancelled in our side. nobody will call you in future.i continuously followup my document but they have no response. Now today I received call from .[protected] this no. they told me this is last time payment. I have no money . I taken from somewhere for pay tome money . this time i have no money . I paid a lot of money for fear. I`m helpless, Please help me sir.I`m very poor. They totally harrase for me for money. they continusely call to me.They told, u r not paid the money your case is reopen and you will have come court . i have paid proof, and other documents.pls save me from this fraud company.

I got a job through quicker for typing 10000 captchas in 10 days. I applied for the same. One of the person has contacted me. The person who contacted me told that i have to complete the 10000 captchas in 10 days. I said okk. He said that i will get the verification call and said to say i am ready to proceed. But in the verification call, that lady told me that if i could not complete the work i have to pay ₹5000. After the verification call, i contacted that person and told that if i could not complete she said to pay ₹5000. He responded me, it doesnot matter mam and it is only the formality. They asked for my aadhar card photo and gave the same. Then they told to download an app through the link they send. Then they told to upload my picture and signature. And i uploaded also. Also they have send an agreement afterwards about the rules of typing captcha and in that it was written that if we didn't complete our work or if we don't have 90% accuracy, then we have to pay the penalty. And in that it was mentioned that it is a contract base, they did not say about this. After that i started to type captchas. And everytime i typed about 160 captchas it goes back to 1. I enquired about that to them and they told don't care about it, but till the end of the day the count will be updated. Then i started to type again.# one of the legal advisor has emailed me that to pay the money around ₹8510 (₹5000 penalty amount + ₹3510 legal charges). They are threatening me to pay the amount, if i could not pay the amount they would file a case and move to the court. I was trying to contact that person who contacted me about this job, but he is not responding to my calls. They are going on messaging me please help.

The lady said there is no registration and it will be deducted from the salary which they will give after completing 10000 captcha. They told to sign and send. The document in which it was written if i fail to complete or non accuracy is there they will take fine. Now they r text me for case file. They r texting me to pay that much amount of 5000+3000 within 7 days. And if i fail to pay then they will case against me. Plz help me. I don't have money how will i give. I just accepted to work to earn some money. But they trapped me.

These matter how to tell to that person without answering phone many messages sent via sms whatsapp but no response if i call call reject. Please close my agreement the second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. I am namita pati. I applied on quicker for a job. After that i got a call from i tech company for a recaptcha solving job. After that they told me to send my aadhar card, photo for registration. I sent them my aadhar card and my photo. And they did a agreement with me without my permission. After one day they didn't receive my call. I called them again and again. But no one did not receive my call. Till that time i solved about 300 captcha. So i stopped working. But now i got a call and i got to know that the company was registered a case against me in maharashtra court. So what can i do?

The company offered me a job to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days with 90 percent accuracy...they told me that I can earn 22500 per month by working for their company as a student I was very impressed... And I signed an agreement in a app in which they did not mention of 5000 which is penalty if accuracy is not attained. So I worked for 3 days countinously for day and night I completed 4000 captcha in which they told me that I got 1000 only correct but atleast 3000 should be correct and they informed me to pay 6500 to get out of the agreement. I paid 6500 and got noc certificate but today I got a call from some adovate assistant Priya singh([protected]) that I should pay 12500 as document cancellation charges or else I will get a legal notice.

And threatening me if i dont pay he will file a case on me. And he is calling me multiple times and threatening me.
So please sir give me a solution

After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 5000 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after few days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... Please help me sir.. I callled their helpline number but there was no appropriate answer. They said u keep doing and it will show gradually. After 5 days as i had completed 4000 to 5000 captchas their it was showing only 2000 captchas out of which only 1400 was correct. They are asking me 2 pay an amount ie 10000rs. After the breach of contract was done by them. Please sack this company because they are cheating with various number of people in same manner and later extorting them. This is also clear misuse of law's name

I have received a part time job opportunity from i tech. They are taken my aadhar card details, photo and signature and created a agreement without my permission.
