I received my order today which is wrong. I ordered i10 red colour earpods but i received a duplicate earpod which is i7S earpods which is of very bad plastic made and sound quality is seriously third class. Not at all happy with this. Seriously please arrange reverse pickup for this earpods and send me i10 red colour earpods which was shown on facebook. You guys made me upset by this wrong and unsatisfying delivery of wrong product. Arrange reverse pickup for this worst earpods asap. I want my i10 earpods which is of red colour and good sound quality as mentioned on facebook. This is not at all suitable for my iphone. Please check this below picture of your earpods which i received. Not expected this kind of duplicate earpods. I am waiting to get this earpods replaced with i10 red colour earpods which i ordered.
