Hi everyone my name is mithilesh i have ordered a i10earpods through my credit card from i10earpods.com and they said that product will be delivered with in 48 hours and i have not received it so what i did i emailed that either give the product or money back to my account. Not after 48 hours their website is not working and no one is responding to my emails. This a scam i need my 1500 back my order number with them is (Iep45323) and one other thing that after making payment i have got email from payumoney not neither payumoney is responding nor i10earpods. I guys this is a nexus or both companies and they are looting innocent indians.. Please help me out to get my money back

I bought i10 earpods from i10earpods.com. When i received the product yesterday from bluedart. I realised that it is used product... And i ordered i 10 earpods they send me i7... It's a fraud company. There is no contact number where i can call them. I have sent couple of emails but no response. They send me used product. I want my refund. Please don't buy from this fraud company or website. Can some one help.

I orderd i10 earpods but received i7s earpods. I gave 1499 /- rupees for i 10 not for i7 s.. I 7s is around 500/-rs. I am contacting to the company but they give no response. . I will mention the adress following

Could you please help us get the refund from this online website called i10earpods.com. They claim to have a return policy but there is no option to return at all. The returned product has reached them but no refund has been initiated. Kindly help us with the refund of rs. 1500. Below are the order details. Iep37739. Its almost been a weeks time i registered a complaint to i10earpods, where in they got me a wrong delivery of my product. They are showcasing and fooling the customers by wronf display of the product, what they show i have not received the same instead i have recieved a wrong poor and bad quality of iphone ear pods. From last one week im asking for a refund and reversal of my product. These people are least bothered to revert and communicate with me.
Kindly let me know how can i get through this and initiate on priority basis and take and immediate action otherwise il esclate it to higher authorities and publicise on media what this company is doing by fooling customers

I had placed order of i10earpods from there website i10earpods.com order no, IEP26643 by looking advertisement on facebook. Made the payment by my credit card. within in 24hrs on order confirmation & before shipment my mind changed & i cancelled that order. i mailed them several times with their shipment details that they had recd. there order. but they are not returning my money back & even they had deleted my comment on their facebook page. they are not reverting back & they are not refunding the money either. there's only one email id where i am continously mailing & there's no response. I placed order & paid Rs. 1500/-. Now they had recd. product with them.

I got the refund today after i wrote email to gurgaon police, they called the company owner and help me get refund.

They also make this compnay remove the i10 earpods name form website after my complain, so they have started another website called i10earpods.in

Sir this is a fraud company which is running through website i10earpods.com, they are showing diffrent product and delivering wrong cheap product (I7s) and also not refunding my money (1500). I have seen many similar complains about the same company.

I order i10 earpods and got i7s earpods.

Guys it was very tough to get this person name and contract details.

This guys fooled me and fooling thousand of indians by shipping wrong product. I ordered i10 but got i7 too.

If you search the GSTIN number on website you get NAWAL SINGH name registered as proprietorship in Gurgaon South Ward (10). but when i called Blue Dart and scolded them that person using your services and fooling us. They finally gave me person name and contact details.

I have filed a police complain to Gurgaon police.

I ordered i10 earpods from i10earpods.com but ended up getting i7 which costs is just 500, i paid 1499 for i10 but got a fake product there is no contact number on shipment to contact the seller but i got seller mobile number from blued dart and called them multiple time. They never pick your call.

I regret not checking the review before placing order.

I have order a earpods from online shopping company name as i10earpods on 9th March 2019, order number- IEP24462 cost was 1499/- in COD.
On 16th March 2019, I received the product through courier and paid him the amount, as i unbox the parcel the product was broken from inside. I immediately mail the concern company about the damage part. They asked me of a photo of the same which I mailed. But till date I have not received any response from the company. I have also asked for the refund but no response receive till.
Kindly look into the matter.

I want to complain about the online purchase of earpods i ordered from an online website "i10earpods.com" is really worst of quality. Qauality which they advertise found really fake after receiving the same headphone. And hence i want to return the same. But there is no response from any of the responsibles of the company. There are so many complains for the same company earpods online purchased from the same website. But there is no answer from any of the authority of the company.
Its seems to be cheated from the online purchase

The site also offers return policy for there customer while selling online product but after receiving the product there are no details where to make the returns and where the customer will apply for their money

I have send the product to the return address, still no response

Please do not order from this site, its a fraud company!!!

I would definitely go to another level of complain, because, its not one customer who is affected, its more in number.

Hello. I have ordered earpods from the website i10earpods.com and have received damaged ear phones. I have written several emails for exchange or refund of the product but haven’t received any kind of response from the seller. The customer care email is [protected]@i10earpods.com. I have been charged 1500 for this damaged product. Please look into this as this company itself looks like a fraudulent one

I have received the wrong headphones as they took 1, 500 from me for i10 tws earpod and gave i7 tws earpods and they are making fraud to many people and taking their money through facebook and google. This website is also ranking on the top of google search for i10 tws earpods. Hence, could you please take my complaint and provide my money back as i already invested 1, 500 and sent the item back with shipping charges 400 to bluedart. It is a wireless earphones similar to apple airpods. I like to get my refund and should take action against this fraud company.

I received my order today which is wrong. I ordered i10 red colour earpods but i received a duplicate earpod which is i7S earpods which is of very bad plastic made and sound quality is seriously third class. Not at all happy with this. Seriously please arrange reverse pickup for this earpods and send me i10 red colour earpods which was shown on facebook. You guys made me upset by this wrong and unsatisfying delivery of wrong product. Arrange reverse pickup for this worst earpods asap. I want my i10 earpods which is of red colour and good sound quality as mentioned on facebook. This is not at all suitable for my iphone. I have ordered the i10 earpod order#IEP7911 from website i10earpod.com on 18 the of this December and received on 24 Dec 2018.bit when I opened the box it is i7 earpods instead of i10.the cost of i7 earpod in the market is b/w 300 to 400..
Sir this is case of fraud.by the company in delivering the product saying something and sending just the opposite
I at the day when I received it ..message the company site about the product that is is not that much what I expected ie i10 which I ordered..in the cover it is written i10..but the box and inner product is i7
The company didn't make any response...send him a lot of complaint messages to refund my money and buy back the fake product...but no response

There is no option to return the article, and on the site its written that you can return article but i cant contact them. I have sent them so many emails but the dont respond. These guys seems too be loots. They are frauds. My order id - iep5906. They are not willing to return it as there is not even option of returning, just stupidly they'vewritten over there. Please make this resolve soon.
