I10earpods — received defect piece

Hi i have brought i7tws from i10earpads. Com, originally I have ordered for red color but white turned up. That's also acceptable but when I charge and use it hardly works for 20 mins after charging for 5 hours.
My product code IEP39492, when I contacted them via mail no response pls don't buy this product from i10earpads. I am all ready cheated I don't want you to be.
