1. I ordered for i10 earpods and you delivered me i7s tws which is the biggest blunder you did, its a kind of cheating amd is fraud company

2. The product has a defected condition and it is not that great.

I need an immediate refund of my money.

I reached to customer care many times but they are not responding. Please help

I mail them 3 to 4 times in last three days but they did...

Sir this is a fraud company which is running through website i10earpods.com, they are showing different product and delivering wrong cheap product (I7s) and also not refunding my money (1500). I have seen many similar complains about the same company.

I order i10 ear pods and got i7s ear pods.

It is a wireless earphones similar to apple air pods.....

Hi i have brought i7tws from i10earpads. Com, originally I have ordered for red color but white turned up. That's also acceptable but when I charge and use it hardly works for 20 mins after charging for 5 hours.
My product code IEP39492, when I contacted them via mail no response pls don't buy this product from i10earpads. I am all ready cheated I don't want you to be.

This company is from gurgaon from haryana, i purchased a i10bearpods ftom them but after receiving the i found that the product is totally of low quality & i have paid almost thrice of the amount which is available in the market, after finding the product of loe quality, i tried to contact them for return & refund but there is no answer for any sms & even any mail, its totally fake co., so please take the necessary action against them....

Respected sir. I ordered a i10 earpods through a online website which i have mentioned above through cod. Actullay i ordered i10 earpods but i received i7 earpods i was fully disappointed at that day they called me for product review i told them the issue and asked to return the product and refund they told yes. Next day only i returned the product through dtdc courier service. They courier reached there but still my money didn't they given....

I ordered for i10 earpods from the website. They gave me i7s and the quality is very poor. They are just plastic and fake and not even worth a rs.100. And they cheated me off rs.1500 and they are such cheaters that they are offering the mrp at 10000 and offering at 1500. And their return policy states you can't get refund for sale items. Such cheaters they are. I want you to act against them and i want my refund back....
