I had ordered i8 earpods, when I receive, they were not in good condition and were not working. I wrote to them at the same time. I have not got a reply from them since then. I have been looking for a number, but they have not provided it anywhere. The earpods do not work, neither there is any light, no sound. I spent 1500 for a piece of rubbish. I advise people not to buy this. I want a refund immediately.

I ordered for i8 And wow what i received was i7s.It is crap n worst product.i got it today (04.02.19).The product was opened and only a single side was working.The sound quality is pathetic and the quality is also cheap.Wastage of money and no reply from the site.I want my refund asap..!!

I have read all comments & complaints even my issues are same as above about product faulty also no reply for messages & mail about refund & return of product .. plz help regards to this issues also plz don’t allow such frauds company to do business and thug consumer. I ordered i8 EarPods but they delevered i7 EarPods even though very very poor quality.1 EarPod is not working ..I sent mails also they but I don’t get any response from their side .my contact number [protected]

I had ordered Dual i8 Earpods an make a payment of Rs.1499.00 But when I recived my order I got only Charger.No earpods received. Kindly refund my amount. Blue dart docket no.[protected].Order date:17/02/2019.I enclosed some Images.

Ordered I8 Got I7s Ear pods, Delivered Wrong Product, [censored] ! they have some Pathetic Clause for not returning the product, has no refund, Making Customer Fool .
