I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality looks very bad. they should refund my full amount. The working conditions of earpods are very bad right side earpod is not working and is not pairing correctly. As i have paid 1499 rs. So i need my refund from them
Their is no customer care helpline no. Is available.

I have complained the same through mail id provided in i8earpods site. No reply from them and dont know how could I get refund from them.
