I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality. As i have paid 1199 rs. So i need my refund from them i have mailed them almost 10 times from yesterday till now but their is no revert from their side even their is no customer care helpline no. Is available. Kindly informed to you that i am place order Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker as on 24 Sep 2019 and payment paid online Rs.1499/- same time debited in my bank account my order no IEP122161 but after some time i receiving Order IEP122161 has been canceled.

I booked i8 EarPods but delivered i7S TWS from FedEx & the product is defective.

Kindly share return procedure & refund my amount Rs. 1, 299/-.
