I8Earpods — got wrong product

I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality. As i have paid 1499 rs. So i need my refund from them i have mailed them almost 10 times from yesterday till now but their is no revert from their side even their is no customer care helpline no. Is available.
Recommend everyone that please don't buy any products from them. Vsk2 international company is their in j 504 wembley estate gurgaon which are frauds

Got delivered damaged i8earpods for my order number IEP35685, these people are not responding to my emails and return requests also, fraudulent company, and they have not even provided their contact details also, , , they are not responding to my emails which they provide to submit message after typing contact us button
