I8Earpods — i8 earpods not working well

I received i8earpods from COD payment by online shopping. Bt earpods not working well. Not working both earpods symelteniusly. Only one earpod working. Second earpod not working.
I want to replace this i8 earpods back to u.
And want another good working earpods. If this earpods cant replace then please send back my money Rs.1499 shubh is pay on COD.
