I8Earpods — i8 earpods need to return airpods I ordered for is but received i7s.

I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality. As i have paid 1499 rs. So i need my refund from them i have mailed them almost 20 times from yesterday till now but their is no revert from their side even their is no customer care helpline no.
Also recieved damaged crap earpod. Not even switch is working. I8 earpods is fake and they dont have any customer care number or any other options. The are fake.
Please return my money
