I8Earpods — received a damaged product

I had ordered for two earpods from i8 earpods on 18th nov 2018 also received it on 21st nov 2018. The products are in worst condition, the earpod case is full of scratches and also does not charge. The left earpod does not work at all.
On the very same day i got in touch with the i8earpods and sent a message through the website for non availability of any sort of contact numbers, to which i still have not received any response. I want to return this product and get my refund for it back as soon as possible.
Kindly request to look into the matter and do the needfull. Looking forward to your further response. Thank you

I have booked i8 EarPods.but deleverd i7 EarPods.2wrapods one device not connected .single EarPod conecting. Sounds not confartble .charging 30 mins music or calling emidiatly low battery. So Rutuns and refund me .

I8earpods. com, which is not working and not able to charge and I had paid Rs 1499 and when tried to contact, by responding to the mail Id "[protected]@i8earpods. com", I am not getting any reply and also there is no contact number of them on the website. Please Please help/suggest me...
