Iase University — to issue My second SIM

I am a student of IASE univesity, last year(jul'07-jun'2008) i had done B.A-II year from your university and my

with the name of Varinder Bansal, Sir in last exam my BAGY-220 HINDI was not clear and i deposited my revulation fee for this subject in oct'2008. But since now you not send me my result.Sir i already sent u some mails but From iase univ not reply me, i also went some times patiala centre and meet Mr. Jolly and Mr. Kulwinder they also not response me, They only said me your exam is clear but not give me any marksheet...they said iase uniersity process is very slow ...Sir some times i requested to you that please tell me about my revulation result as soon as posible... i am govt employee and i am answerable to my deparment. Please understand my problem and declare my result and send me my marksheet immidately and that’s my 5th mail to university and bt they not send me single reply

DELAYING DELIVERY OF ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE
Since last 2 year I have been trying to get my original degree certificate which is required for my overseas employment and till date I have not received it. Now the opportunity is slipping out of my hands.
Can you please let me know what should I do to get my certificate ?

They will never give you the degree...I have been trying to get the degree from the last 4 year. :-)

Yes, I am also trying for my OD since 2005. The university people are not responding at all.

Is there any place to log complaint to UGC or some where
