I have taken admission in 2023 in b.com hons but for some reason I withdraw my application but till today I didn't get my refund amount of 25000 and I travelled from Bihar to Delhi to wrote the application and submit the necessary documents it is not possible to travel every month. I contact University office but they doesn't satisfy me with there answer they always told me to talk niwas jha but the number they gave me [protected] i doesn't get any response from here.
Please help me to get my refund.

I have applied for internal scholarship and I was also eligible for that I submitted it on November 2021 and I've waited for the response but even after day after day inquiry I was told it will take time they said they will do but don't process it. I'm hoping if they do it fast I was told they will adjust and this fees but when the time comes for fees submission they told we cannot adjust it. they told they will issue a cheque against me, but after taking months of time they told me to redo the whole process again. this has been going on for too long they are now just harassing us by sending us to different departments to know the status and not anyone giving us any proper answer. i hope to get proper answer.
Please resolve our problem as I am totally dependent on your justice.

After one month ago i get admission in galgotias University..but due to family fanancial problem and father's health problems i want to cancel my admission.. an i want refund but no one response my mail and calls..i send many mail to galgotias query sites but no one response..i continuosly calls but no response.. please help this ASAP it's urgent...

Due to distance o[censored]niversity and family issue, we are currently taking our request for admission back . we had deposited RS 25, 000 as of 25/07/23. we then tried calling the respected members in the admission department to the given landline numbers and mailed them but no such response has been initiated for it. neither we are able to talk to them on normal basis. keeping all these minor things, in mind we would request to kindly provide us with the refund amount that has been paid in the name of Galgotias university.

मेने अपनी लड़की के बी-टेक में एडमिशन के लिए गलगोटिया यूनिवर्सिटी नॉएडा में 01.07.2022 को फॉर्म भरा था। उस समय प्रवेश के लिए 12वीं में 60% अंको वाला ही प्रवेश ले सकता था। इसी वजह से मेने एडमिशन के 25 हजार रुपए जमा कर दिए, लेकिन बाद में 60% अंक केवल पी सी एम सब्जेक्ट के लिए कर दिए। लेकिन मेरी लड़की के पी सी एम सब्जेक्ट में 55.5% अंक ही थे और सारे सब्जेक्ट में 63.8% अंक हैं। इसी वजह से प्रवेश नहीं हुआ। लेकिन अब मेने उनसे अपनी फीस वापिस मांगी तो अभी तक उसका कोई जवाब नहीं दे रहे उसके लिए मेने तीन माहीने से लगतार मेल कर रहा हूं उसका अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं मिला है।

इस्लीये मजबूर होकर आपके पास मेल कर रहा हूं कृप्या करके मेरी फीस मुझे वापस दिलाई जाए।

Maine apne bete ke admission ke galgotia University me 31 oct 2022 ko Gaya tha aur Mane phone pe discussions ke baad complete fee deposite kar Diya tha, waha Jane ke baad unhone ne document verification ke baad bola abhi 30000 somthing fee aur dena hoga Jab Mai fee deposite ke liye Gaya to waha pe fir se verification kiya aur bola aapke beta ka PCM me 60 percent nhi hai to aap ya to Jo fee Diya hai use wapas le sakte Hain ya fir kisi aur branch me admission le sakte hain.
Maine pucha tha fee kab Tak wapas ho jayegi to bola 2 month ke aaspass lag jayega but abhi Tak koi refund nhi Mila aur bete ka 1 year ka loss bhi ho gaya.
Eske liye Mai Kai baar email bhi kar chuka hun aur registrar office me 2 baar visit bhi kar chuka hun .
So please please Mera matter solve karne ki kirpa karen.

Take admission in galgotias university on date April 2023 and submit full fees on date April 2023 that time they told that classes will starts from 9th of June, but due to some family problem i apply for cancel admission & refund my fee on 9th of June that time account department received my application and assured me that they will refund my fee with in three month. after wait i did not received any cheque of refund money, when i inquiry...

Nature of Grievance: I have paid a registration fee of Rs. 25, 000 on 01.09.2022. I submitted a withdrawal form on 17.10.2022 without even enrolling to the institute. I took the signatures of the Registrar, Account Department, and Dean on the withdrawal form. I also attached the receipt of the registration and a no due certificate form with the withdrawal form. However, the college has not refunded my registration fee yet.

I am writing this complaint to request a refund of my registration fee. I believe that I am entitled to a refund under the UGC guidelines. I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I understand that the process may take some time, but I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed of the progress.

I hope that we can work together to resolve this matter and ensure that the refund is processed at the earliest. Thank you for your time and attention.

I have applied for admission in this university and paid amount 25000.I had applied for admission withdraw. Their executive told me your amount will be refunded till december. but i have not received any refund till now. their executive even does not pick my call. please provide me a solution for this refund.

I have withdrawn my admission from Galgotias university just after one month from my admission on 23 dec 2021 as I got admission is another college it’s been 5 months and I have not respond from the university they said it will be refunded within couple of weeks sum of Rs1, 17, 000
I have a admission withdrawal form given by the university with all the sign of dean, Registrar and account department they accepted my form but still...

I applied for admission of my daughter in Sep 2021. As per rules of college we paid 25K to be a part of admission process. No confirmation of admission came from college. We took admission in another college and requested for refund. It has been more than 7 months but no refund came. We don't get any response also from the college despite multiple mails....

My name is Mohd Faiz and I am a residence of AYODHYA, UP. This complaint is regarding refund of money from GALGOTIA College of engineering .

I was trying to get admission in GALGOTIA college of engineering in the month of SEPTEMBER 2021 and luckily got an offer letter from college saying that you have been selected for the merit based selection process for B.TECH in Electrical and Electronic Engineering .
In that letter they have clearly mentioned that a sum of 25, 000 is to be made for program fee for merit based selection process on or before 30 sept. 2021 .

So, as they have mention my family arranged a sum of 25, 000 and paid the registration fee on 29 sept. 2021 .

After some time, in the month of OCTOBER I decided not to take admission in this college due to some private reasons and ask them for refund of money .
I called their costumer care and ask them the procedure, they told me to write an e-mail to admission office regarding refund of money and you will get your money by 15 DECEMBER 2021 .
At that time I was very in need of money, on 15 DECEMBER when I called them they told me you will get your money by January .
Today is 8th APRIL 2022, still I haven't received any reply from them nor a single rupee .
whenever I called them they say you will get your money ..! when I ask them when they just say talk to other members of our faculty .

They are not in mood of refunding my money when I need them most .

I just want my money to be refunded sir as soon as possible .

I took admission in GALGOTIAS university in October 2020 and paid RS. 20000 as program fees and RS. 13000 as hostel fees. Later in December 2020 I took admission in an another university. I emailed GALGOTIAS university and asked them for refund. They asked me to provide some necessary details like enrollment number etc. and so I did. But I didn't heard anything from them later. My name is Ashish Kumar and I have made the payment for 25000 in Galgotia College of Engineering & Technology for MBA[protected]. I tried a lot to contact them and mailed them about my fees refund but no fruitful action is taken by them till now. They come up with the surety that my seat booking fees will be refunded asap at the time of booking the seat but now they are not even replying to my mail or calls. I even contacted the director of the college but no action is taken by them too.
It's a very unprofessional gesture by such a renounce college to their student.
