IASE Deemed University — diploma in mechanical engineering

I had applied for degree certificate 1year months ago and despite paying fee in advance and continous follow up with university, i didn't get my degree certificate for graduation till now. Now one bother to reply on mails or phones and even grievance cell is pathetic. I logged compliant there also but apart from a compliant number, didn't get anything neither any plausible answer not degree.
