institute of advance studies in education deemed university (iase) diploma engineering certificate has not been given to the students

When i try to call the university they don't receive the call. They give me the file no 41686 when i raised the complaint on grievance. There are many previous cases like this before. I am getting a job now but they are asking for the certificate. This university has ruined my life. I have lost 3 years...

MSC MARC CARD AND DEGREE

sir,
i wish to say that i passed the MSC computer sciencefrom IASE DEEMED UNIVERSITY Rajasthan in 2005. but till date they are not providing the degree and the markcard now the admission section says that at that time this course was not in university, but i showed my admit card result and all the documents to the Asst Registrar Admission, they totd me that we wil consider it, but till date no reply is from them

      मेने IASE यूनिवर्सिटी में दिनांक 21.03.2022 को 5000 का डी डी जमा करवाया था अपनी MSW की डिग्री के लिए परन्तु आज तक मुझे डिग्री नहीं मिल पा रही है, यूनिवर्सिटी में फ़ोन करने पर कोई संतोषप्रद जवाब नहीं दिया जाता।
