IASE Deemed University — No update on transcript and degree

Hi, I have applied for transcripts and degree and have also paid requisite fees but nothing is updated on university portal when can i expect them. There is no source from where i can communicate about the status of my request. and here also team will just say that they have notified the univ. But what wl happen after u have notified them. Hi, What action has been done in that case. I haven't received email/ call or any sort of communication from anyone regarding this. I have paid requisite amount and am tiresly waiting for my documents. If you have notified still they havent done anything. What for is this platform for when you are not doing your work and neither helping us with our problems. It is our hard earned money which university has kept with themselves ...
