Ib Monotaro Private Limited — Submersible pump not working on just 1 day of purchase

I have purch jindal 1 hp submersible pump, but this pump is not started, now i will continue call to industrial buying and he told to contact IB monotaro Pvt Ltd for return. Now at a time there is no any solution, please help me
