I had purchased a laptop chair from industrial buying, but after going through the reviews i decided to cancel the order ( by then the order was not shipped also ). The team informed they are cancelling it. yet the order was shipped, i did not accept the delivery, but there is no response on the same from industrial buying, they did not intimate about cancellation, no intimation on refund. no response to email too.
