I purchased the following products from iBell
1. sandwich maker in Oct 2024
2. 25 Ltr Over in Jan 2025
Both stopped workiing in beginning of Aug 2025.
I raised complaints with iBell on Aug 28
2 months later - My Products are still not working.
My chief complaints
1. They took over a month to send spares
2. I've spares bur they are not able to send sevice engineer
3. They are very unresponsive and uncommunicative
4. They now ask me to send products to their HO in Kerala and take no responsibility of my products during transit. Was this information helpful? |
