I have purchased hand before 9 months and and 1 of its part is not working properly and I have raised complaint around 16-Feb-24. I am doing regular follow up and till date the issue is not resolved.

I purchased i hob from i bell last year and i am facing problem with the product. I tried to make a formal complaint about it on their website and by calling its been more then a week no one picks up the call i tried many times and i tried to submit complaint on their website but the website won't let me do that....

I have purchased a Ibell electric kettle from Flipkart on[protected]. It is having 1 year standard warranty plus 1 year additional warranty. I complained to Flipkart, but they informed me to contact to brand and Flipkart can not do anything unless Ibell does not provide service denial certificate.
The ibell customer care numbers on the website are continuosly ringing, but no one answers the call. What should I do?

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent purchase of an induction stove from Ibell company. On[protected], I acquired this product, but to my dismay, it stopped working within just ten days.

Since the malfunction, I have attempted to seek assistance and request spare parts for the repair. Regrettably, it has been over a month, and there has been no response to my numerous phone calls....

The respective company owns that there materials used for making machineries are steel but my product become rust after completing warranty period this is the main fault from ibell give a proper solution for this mistake

The induction stove stopped working within 8 months of buying and it's more than a month they have not sent any spares or don't respond to the mobile calls.
They say they don't have the stock for the spares and we are suffering from this.
They are either switch off the number or they won't pick up the call.
They're not responding through WhatsApp also....

Ibell dough maker began to churn out greese in the very first month and it only increased with the passage of time. Upon complaining their customer service said first they will courier the part (how the hell they know which part has got an issue over the phone without seeing the machine) and once part reaches us then only their engineer will visit us.

Neither that imaginary part ever reached us, let alone the engineer. I am going to file a case in consumer court and will upload the case document on all social media and compaint forum and all e commercce websites reviews where ever i bell is present. This is my mssion for this year 2023. thanks ibell for making my dull life exciting for giving me this assignement to tell the truth about you thieves.

I had purchased this product on 24th Sept 21 from Amazon .Initially it worked fine, but within three months product started giving noise, I overlooked the noise since I was using it sparingly . Complaint booking no. 1386461 on 9th june 2022 . i have warranty till 25th sep 2022 . after raising complaint i have been receiving one excuse after another finally a month back i received call from technician, he said he will order replacement motor and resolve issues once he received it. 2 weeks back when i contacted him he said he received all parts and will come next day to fix it then every day i call him he keeps saying next day. when i confronted him regarding the same today he was rude and said he will not come and i can do what ever i want .. . i had raised the issue in customer helpline in UMANG app and i finally received reply that company is not responding to them and i can file consumer case against the company after intimating them in writing but they don't have any published email id to contact them.i have been in touch with their wats app contact regularly intimating them on statius still no help

I have purchased gas stove from Amazon the product name is ibell top nob gas stove on 1st of April 2021, which include 5 years of warranty on the product and my gas flame is not working properly.
I have complaint to Amazon regarding this and got a number from amazon of Ibell for further escalation i called them and share my problem with Ibell but they reply only twise and after that he is not responding of my mail and whatapp. Again i called to Amazon now they are saying that it covers under manufacturing warranty so i cant do any thing and ibell is not replying anything.
I purchased product from and the company name is ibell now both of them are not responding.
I am frustrated and feeling helpless.
Please help me out regarding this.

I had purchased ibell 140k foot massager from amazon.co.in and after 2 use only it's leaking current from water. I raised complain in company but no one giveing ans and solution. I raised complain befor 1 month everyday i calling them. But no solution till this date....

IBall keyboard is not working properly. I have 1 year warranty for this product. I want to replace my product. please solve my problem.

Bought 4 burner gas stove from amazon and we started getting problem of burner as they weren’t providing heat and the flame was too low when we on all the four burners.. we complained about the same within one year of purchase by send video too.. they sent the valve in return without getting the gas stove physically checked.. and now the same scenario is happening with the burners but with worst conditions…we again complained about the same and telling us to wait and now neither they’re answering to our calls nor replying to our msgs..
Really it’s a very disgusting thing we have purchased the product from our company and you people are less bothered about the same…

The product I purchased from them is iBELL AERO HOB 3 Burner Glass and company provides a two-year warranty for the product. I complained about the issue after 10 days of ordering the product but till now no response from the company I tried contacting them again and again still the product is under warranty but no response from them...

They are not providing after sales service. The product i purchased is a Insect Killer. The product is malfunctioned and still under warranty.

But the customer helpline is not helping at all....

IBELL 590GH Hob Toughened Glass 4 Burner Top Gas Stove with Auto Ignition bought from Amazon on 29 Mar 2021. Installed in Jun. Only 1 out of 4 auto ignition working. Have made numerous complaints but not yet resolved. Seems they do not have technicians to attend to in Ghaziabad, UP. Very pathetic after sales service.
Would request your service for prompt action.
