I have purchased saree from Ibis Fab and the saree is not as shown in online pictures. i have been trying to return it with support email id but they haven't arranged for return yet.

Online picture shows tassels attached to pallu and saree i received doent have tassels attached. images attached for your reference.

Ibis Fab hasnt arranged for return even after complaining and i keep getting emails saying delivered product is same as on image.

request for you to help.

Hi,

I have faced the same problem. The saree delivered is very much different from the website. I tried reaching over email and phone but there is no call back. I request someone from forum to help in the matter.

I have faced similar issue. The product delivered is different from the one displayed on the website. I tried reaching on both landline and mail but there is not reply.
