I recently bought a saree from this fraud site for Rs 1299 & the quality will literally repulse you. There's literally product code printed on the saree through the entire length of the cloth & the fabric is worse than what one would think to be a curtain fabric. Also their emails are non-responsive and the mobile number provided in their website is switched off. I swear I've never been more disappointed with a site than this. Is there any way to get the money back? If someone can help, I'd be really really grateful.

I 've ordered 4 sarees for Rs.4293/- on 02/05/2024 seeing the photos and reading the descriptions given in the site. In that 3 sarees of Rs.998/- each was mentioned as pure silk and soft silk which is not at all of these silks. The colour of the saree which was said as cream (in the photo, it was golden ) is actually orange and peach. I mailed the customer service which they call as support 18 and got a reply that my request to resend the items is rejected as the sarees I've ordered are the same .
But the fabric of these sarees are not matching with the description given in the site. The customers are reading the descriptions and believing them. I lost Rs.2994/- on buying low quality products which was mentioned as soft silk and pure silk. This is cheating and I want them to take the product back and refund my money. Please do the needful

I ordered one silk saree on 20th feb 2024 for Rs. 899. The delivery of the product also late. The quality of the fabric was very poor & colour also totally different. The product was totally opposite to what they're showed in their website. I contacted them through their support email id & calls for return.. No response.. If I called continuously means they're switching off their mobile. I bought that saree for my Mom's anniversary. But now I unable to get my refund money also. I have never felt this kind of worst experience.
Kindly help me regarding this issue.

I ordered silk saree based on description and photos, and paid cash on delivery
After opening the package found material ti be of poor quality and transparent
Complained about quality and requested fir return, I was asked to send photograph of the packing and the sarees as asked, even after repeated follow up I get automated message saying you got the product you ordered and refusing to take the return and refund

Details :

I have ordered Black & Red Colored Soft Silk Printed Saree With Blouse on 3rd Oct 2023.
I have received product but it is totally different from shown in the image while purchasing online.
Fabric also not a soft silk, its totally pathetic product.
I really want to return and refund but Ibis Fab team not responding on call and email as well. As per their terms I can not send this Saree back till they con confirm the return. Return available only days after delivery.
Its look like they do not care about this after delivered fake product.

Please resolve this issue ASAP.

This is a fraud company. If you end up buying their product and paying for the same you are in total mess. I got wrong product.. for which they took 2 months just to confirm that the product was wrong and then they asked me to courier the product to them then only they can resend the product, if any.

I have been doing online shopping since ages this is the first time I came across such a pathetic thing.

I am still with the useless saree which I can not wear because 1. It not my choice 2 it has misprint.3. it is diagonal piece of cloth.
Still they do not make things feasible for client.

I had ordered one saree seeing the advertisement that it is pure linen fabric but what I received was a low quality cheap fabric.I called their customer care num and once I told about the complaint they said they will revert but after that they stop picking my calls. I have sent a mail to their customer care mail id, sent video o[censored]nboxing etc as suggested by them, but even after a weeks follow up, no positive response from their end....

Yes, same with me. Ordered 2 sarees worth 1k each, perhaps the cost of received saree is Rs. 200 each. Their contact number is only one way, no call is received by them. I wanted to return as per their policy commitment. They are maintaining only one reply that sarees you received are as per web site.

I had ordered 1 Linen Sarees and pre-paid Rs. 1299.00 and received a cheap variety of synthetic fabric. The color design and materials do not match what I had ordered. The quality is hopeless and substandard. They are not picking up my calls or returning my mail.

Hi I received a fake product from this site and i am not able to contact its customer care. Please help.

WORST ONLINE PURCHASE.. I received a fake product from iBISfab. I ordered a PURE LINEN saree, but received a saree that is not linen at all. They sent a very cheap quality synthetic fabric saree. It seems like a mixed poly fabric saree. I got CHEATED by iBISfab. As I wanted to return the cheap useless saree I received, I have been writing to the customer support for help with the return, but they are just playing the fool with me, instead. I suppose all the product reviews on their page are fake. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER/WEBSITE AS YOU WILL GET CHEATED ROYALY.

From reading several disappointing google reviews and all the negative consumer complaints on this page, it will be great if some action can be taken towards this company and if their website can be shut down with immediate effect

This is an extremely fraud company. This delivers pathetic and substandard products. Kindly refrain from ordering from this website. They sent me a saree worth 1400/-, stating its Lenin cotton mix and to my utter surprise it is not worth 100/- I am planning to take a legal action against them in the interest of other customers.

This is a fraud website, just fooling people .Cheaters showing silk sarees and sending synthetic low cheap quality materials which is not even worth of 200 rs. Ban this website as they are cheaters no loyalty in business.They are scammers big scam is been going under this website.So all pls be alert before placing your orders do not get cheated by this false people. The cost charged by them is Rs.998/- but the saree delivered is not even worth of Rs.100 to 200/- (so cheap material). They are cheating and fooling customers by showing completely different picture online.

I had ordered a silk saree from this website and received the order after 3-4 days. To my surprise the product I had ordered and the recieved order had lot of difference. It was a silk saree at all but a normal saree . I wrote an email for the return of the order but they asked me to send all the details on unboxing of the parcel, saree pic and parcel shipment address . Even after sharing all the required details they are saying return is not possible only exchange that too with higher price sarees are only eligible. They arr irresponsible as I am getting only once in a day an email and after that nothing from their aide which in unacceptable. Please do not buy anything from this website. Aren't you ashamed for fooling your customers... The product delivered is so cheap not at all what i ordered... Cost being 999 that you charged by you ... The product delivered is not even worth 100 rs.

I ordered a saree in Ibis fab online fraud website.The saree is completely different with the given picture. I want to return my saree and I want refund.

Here i attached the conform order mail what i received

1. First I ordered a Blue Color Linen Saree, which was nowhere near to the quality of a linen material. No I requested a return. But they denied, like no return, only exchange. This was not mentioned in the Wevsite Retrn policy.
2. With no other go, I ordered another saree, Soft silk material for exchanging the previous saree. Out of my own expense I sent the first saree.
3. The next Yellow Color Soft Silk Saree, came with scribblings on it. Which will be seen very much when the saree is worn.
4. The Yellow saree's website image had knotted thread work in the pallu(flowing end side), which was not at all in the delivered saree.
5. The response they give is so irresponsible. It's a very big mistake to choose ibisfab for buying sarees.
