I was working for IBM and IBM had a split and new organization was Kyndryl formed, however My PF money was never transferred, before IBM I was working for Tesco, Tesco PF was withdrawn and they have nothing to do, PF office confirmed that IBM is not paid my EPS, which is incorrect. PF is deducted my salary and all proof is available, IBM is not responding at all on my issue and making me go to Tesco and Kyndryl, how can I fix this issue please, let me know what proof you need I will share.

    Hi iam ravi shankar,
    the persons name is ramesh reddy who is in you records the same happened to me they influenced me and made me to degrade and said everyday today they may call me to office but none of day they called one day the sent email to come to office and there they were not responding. They took 30000+ from me,
    please help me.

        I had requested seperation team through e-mail for name updation as per Adhar but have not received any response.Its been few months that my request is pending.

          Hi,
          I resigned IBM 6 years ago and have submitted for name correction request and then to submit PF claim to IBM India on Jun 2022. It has been stuck for 11 months and still not processed. I had to send emails right from the first step to pick the postal letter and to process, but nothing works out. As per Indian govt policies, P[censored]nclaimed for 7 years will automatically be moved to senior citizens trust, and not be claimed by oneself. Time is ticking and this worries me every single day and I am going through stress. It is very tough to follow up with IBM without proper communication. Need humble support on this matter.

            LWD - 10th March, 2023

            I did not receive the Resignation Acceptance Letter till date. I have to onboarding on another employment on Monday.

            There was a technical fault or inconvenience not sure in the workday portal. Following reaseon are listed in below -

            1. I resigned on 13 Dec, 2022 and served 90days notice period.

            2. My old manager was also separated without my resignation approved then my new manager has been changed.

            3. I got to know that my resignation status was not approve 1 day before LWD

            4. Raised concern to the Separate Team and replied that create a Separation Reversal Request then Resign again

            5. I resigned again on 10th march and was approved by the People Manager on same day.

            I am not sure when I will receive the resignation acceptance letter.

            Kindly look into it. Thanks for your support and cooperation.

              Hello,

              I have been following up with the company since many years asking them to update my details towards the PF KN/BN/19214/023643 and generate UAN number but purposefully IBM is not doing it. They can refer to several emails send by me from personal id registered with them i.e. [protected]@hotmail.com

                Hello, Authorities,
                Myself Srikanth, am about to complete my master's degree. Today, I received a mail mentioning "IBM due payment" from an IBM coordinator Mumbai. They sent me an invoice of 6259459.29 rupees mentioning their services and so. I don't know what they have mentioned & what they are charging. I've not purchased, ordered, or done any transactions on their websites. But, the invoice includes all my personal details, including my pan card, and address.

                I request you to look into this & solve it as soon as possible.

                          They said like you will get commission amount then you need to complete tasks. While completing tasks they allocating much more tasks with higher amount. Like that I lose my amount 60000+ 😢😢😢

                                  A candidate had arranged proxy during the interview and got selected. Then he submitted the fame documents which your team failed in background verification check. His name is Koyyala Posi Babu. After joining, now he is encouraging some more people to follow the same and taking the money from them.

                                  Please take a strict action on this. Otherwise your organization will be at stake.

                                    I got IBM expression of interest on January 25th 2022 for Associate Consultant role. After that in May i got a call regarding preferred onboarding location and other details. On June 15th the HR mailed to upload documents to release offer but since then the team hasn't reached me. The HR told me to that offer letter will be issued in August when i called on 12th July 2022. Now when i call the HR he tells me that the position is in hold and you have to wait. If that was the case why i wasn't informed and updated earlier. I have rejected another offer because of IBM. I request the team to release my offer letter and joining as soon as possible and stop playing with our lives. Thank you.

                                      I was placed in IBM India as Associate System Engineer in September 2021 and they said that they will onboard after degree completion. Even after completion they are not sending offer letter for onboarding.
