[Resolved]  IBM India — Issue with my System's software

I am facing recurring issues with audio and display on my Dell system and would like to request assistance.

Issues observed:

Audio is intermittently blocked in Slack (speak during calls). The system’s audio drivers frequently become outdated, leading to repeated sound issues.
Moreover, the screen glitches with black lines appearing for a few seconds before returning to normal.

These issues are affecting my day-to-day work, especially during meetings and calls.

Could you please help diagnose and resolve these problems at the quickest? Let me know if any logs, screenshots, or remote access are required from my side.
