IBM India — offer letter

Hi,

I got selected in ibm, biometrics is also done on the same day of interview. On the day of interview, hr told me that i will get the offer letter on monday but till yet i have not received anything. I am waiting for response from last 20 days. Same thing happened last time also. At last they told that the position is not available now this is the second time i am facing the same concern.
Please look into this and revert me asap.

Hello Sir/Madam,

As I got offer letter, and I relieved from my previous company to join IBM. At last moment IBM has declined my offer letter and told reason document is not cleared. but now iam jobless, please help on it. I have shared all my genuine do document.
