IBM India — Request access to Kyndryl Device for retrieving the Data

I am Aachri Tyagi, i was the part of Kyndryl in Aecom process and my last working day was on 4 June 2022. I was not informed earlier that i won't be able to access my system after the midnight of 4 June. And my access was taken. What I was told is that after 24 hours of 4 June, access will be taken. Means, i will have the access of the system by the midnight of 5 June. I was prepared and everything was planned. But it didn't happen and i couldn't access my system anymore and my crucial data is still there. I need the data at earliest and ready to do everything for it.
I raised the request on the very next day to my manager, to IT helpdesk. They told me to contact Device team, then I contacted Device team, then Device team told me to ask my manager to contact HR team. Then HR team told my manager to contact some other team. And My manager did it. All this process took 5 days already. They told that encryption key needs to be generated which is possible only when ID will be activated that HR can do it. Now today, after 5 days, still I'm on the same page when I were on Monday. No support at all I have received from anyone from Kyndryl.
