IBPS — Refund request for failed payment 850 debited via upi

Dear IBPS Support,

I made a payment of ₹850 for the IBPS exam fee via UPI on 12th July between 4:00PM to 4:20PM. The amount was debited from my account successfully (Transaction ID: T2507121615303519359051), but the BillDesk portal showed a payment failure.

I then made a second attempt and completed the payment successfully. As a result, ₹850 has been debited twice from my account, but only one payment is reflected as successful.

Kindly look into the matter and initiate a refund for the first failed transaction.
